| Amsoil's
first synoil 10W40 approved by the API (American Petroleum Institute)
1972. First marketed 1973 25,000 miles or 1 year. We became
Amsoil Dealers and Direct Jobbers in 1976, keeping qualified
for the position of Direct Jobbers ever since. |

Our
first venture into racing was though our dealers Matt
& Arlene Konig, Long Island NY when we (a group of
6 dealers) sponsored the "Cookie" Visconti Race
Team. As a team we had a measure of success in NY,NJ,Conn, and
Maine and subsequently became the largest independent
race team in the Amsoil system second only to Amsoil's
corporate team.
Later we became involved with 3/4 Midget Racing in NJ
and finally Off-Shore high powered boat racing. Amsoil
in recent years created a co-op sponsorship program for
racing of many types. 3 years ago under this program we
sponsored 14 year old "Casey Campbell" in mototrail
here in Florida. Casey became the women's FTR (Florida
Trail Riders) Class A division champion.
Now at 17 years of age she is running nationally in the
GNCC (Grand National Cross Country) circuit and is currently
3rd of 33 women racers in the class A division. We also
help out a few other racers, motor cycles, quads and race
cars especially"Darron's Auto Air" SCCA circuit
Florida. Car is driven by Darron Brown who has really
become a believer is now one of our most recent Amsoil
Dealers. |

| Our
latest racing venture is an association with GMS

have no idea how big a difference Amsoil has made
in our maintenance routine. All the products work

reduce wear and tear on critical parts in all conditions.
We can't thank Supersynthetic oils enough!"

In the
1970s I was very aware and concerned with the rumblings of discontent
amongst my fellow Air Traffic Controllers in the NY Met area.
It was a very insecure feeling, knowing that it was just a matter
of time before the situation exploded, the outcome was uncertain.
At that time a friend introduced me to the Amsoil business.
It seemed like a good idea to have something to fall back on.
I was able to work at Amsoil in my spare time. When the ATC
situation finally blew up in 1981, myself and some of the other
controllers became full time Amsoil dealers. That was the beginning
of a long association with the company.
With a group of former controllers on Long Island, I became
interested in racing and we sponsored the "Cookie"
Visconti Race Team. We had quite a measure of success in NY,
NJ, Conn. and Maine and at that time became the largest independent
race team in the Amsoil system, second only to Amsoil's corporate
team. This of course was also my son Bill's introduction to
racing and the Amsoil business. Since those days we’ve
gone on the sponsor ¾ midget racers to off shore high
powered boat racing.
In recent years Amsoil created a co-op sponsorship program for
many racing types and under this program, we sponsored 14 year
old Casey Campbell in Florida Mototrail. Casey became the Florida
Trail Riders Class A division champion. Now at 17 years old,
she is doing well, running nationally in the GNCC circuit.
Our many years with Amsoil have been a constant and interesting
learning process. With numerous trips to Amsoil headquarters
for ongoing training and plenty of every day experience we are
ready to help you with just about anything you’re ready
to do. |

My father
first introduced me to Amsoil in 1976. I began using Amsoil
two-cycle oil in my dirt bikes before I ever had a license to
drive. It didn't take long to realize I had a great product
in my motor cycles and I’ve been using it ever since.
I was fortunate to have been sponsored into the business by
my dad and to be a part of his success in the racing world.
I've visited Amsoil’s manufacturing facility in Superior,
Wisconsin and gained substantial knowledge during lubrication
training at the University of Wisconsin under Amsoil's supervision.
In the last few years, realizing that the time is right for
these products, I have become more involved and devoted more
of my time to my Amsoil business. Business is growing quickly
and we now co-sponsor our own motocross team here in NJ, "GMS
Racing".
A year or so ago my son Billy (the 5th) joined Amsoil with us.
He's beginning to build his business and we are enjoying helping
him now also. As a team of three generations, father, son, and
grandson (Willard C Burner 3rd, 4th and 5th) we are building
our Amsoil businesses together and we look forward to the future
as we help all of our dealers to prosper with their dealerships.
Good luck to you all and if you're ready to find out more about
our great products and the Amsoil business, please send us an
e-mail today!!!! |
